This is both a nationwide mail-in console refurbishment service and a small-batch shop for genuinely refurbished gaming systems.
I find consoles worth saving, open them up, clean years of dust and buildup, refresh the parts included in the selected service, reassemble them, and test them before they leave my bench. There are no employees, no repair warehouse, and nobody rushing through your system. I’m Ollie, and I do the work myself.

The Respawn Report shows what I found inside, what was cleaned, and how the console performed in final testing. Repairs and replacement parts are not included; I’ll contact you before any extra work.

Pick the service that fits your console, complete secure checkout, and watch for a confirmation email with my private shipping address and packing directions. Once your system arrives, I personally document it, complete the selected work, test it, and return it with a Respawn Report showing what it looked like inside and what was completed.

Your confirmation email includes my private shipping address, packing directions, and the next steps.
Pack and ship
Pack it securely, choose tracked shipping, and consider shipping insurance for higher-value systems.
I restore it
I document the condition, complete your selected service, test it, and prepare your Respawn Report.
Game on again
Your console is carefully repacked and returned—typically within 2–4 weeks from your ship date.
Most consoles are completed and returned in about 2–4 weeks from the date you ship. Timing is an estimate and can vary with condition, shipping, and approved parts.
Use sturdy packaging and tracked shipping. Shipping insurance is strongly recommended for rare, sentimental, or higher-value consoles.

I started Retro Ollie Games because I love gaming hardware and believe good consoles deserve more than a quick wipe-down and a resale sticker. When you send in a system—or buy one from this shop—it comes directly to me. I carefully disassemble it, clean it, complete the selected refurbishment work, put it back together, and test it myself.
That personal responsibility is the difference here. There are no employees cutting corners and no assembly line. My name is on every console, so I take pride in doing the work carefully and being clear about what was done.
